National Infrastructure Fund

President Ruto signed the National Infrastructure Fund Bill into law on March 9, 2026. The Fund pools KSh 5 trillion from privatisation of national assets, natural-resource royalties and investor capital injections to finance airports, roads, rail, energy, dams and a KSh 1 trillion research fund for skills and innovation.
